Miniloc Island Resort in El Nido, Northern Palawan, is the perfect holiday destination for the young and young at heart in search of a fun and vibrant holiday. The resort is tucked in a beautiful cove with a backdrop of sheer limestone cliffs. Miniloc Island Resort offers 50 accommodations with a rustic and native design. It offers al fresco dining at the Clubhouse restaurant and has a beach bar. Recreational facilities include a massage cabana and a marine sports center. There is a boutique, game area, a Kids Activity Center, and a conference room that can accommodate up to 40 persons theatre-style. Complimentary wi-fi connection is available at the Clubhouse. OTHER CHARGES:
  • Conservation Fee - All visitors to El Nido and Taytay, 12 years old and above, are required to pay a Conservation Fee of PhP 200.00 per person per visit. Fees collected will be used for the management, maintenance and administration of the El Nido-Taytay Protected Area and may be settled at the resort.
REMINDERS:
  • Php2,000 per night DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN - Guests are required to make a deposit of Php2,000 per night upon check-in to cover incidentals at the resort. Unused amount shall be returned upon check-out
  • ELECTRONIC KEYCARDS AND SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX IN ALL GUEST ROOMS - Miniloc Island Resort is using Electronic keycard door locks for each guest room. In addition, the Safety Deposit Boxes are also available in all guest rooms.
FLIGHT DETAILS
Access to El Nido and Taytay is from Manila via chartered flight from Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI). The regular aircraft used is a 19-seater Dornier with a flight time of approximately 75 minutes. Applicable surcharge includes terminal fee, use of private passenger lounge with complimentary refreshments, insurance fee, aviation fee, and fuel surcharge.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Lagen Island Resort has a total of 50 rooms that incorporate timber recycled from old Filipino homes for floors and furnishings to evoke charm and quiet luxury. Designed for maximum tranquility and calm, all rooms feature full-height sliding glass doors that open to a private veranda. There are 20 Forest Rooms located at the fringe of the forest. Each Forest Room has a floor area of 52sqm and can accommodate a maximum of three persons. Three Forest Suites are located at the upper level of the Forest Room Complex. Each Forest Suite has a floor area of 70sqm that can comfortably house three, and features a bath tub and twin vanities. There are 18 Water Cottages built on stilts above the water, and nine Beachfront Cottages with a panoramic view of the cove. Each of these rooms has a 53sqm floor area designed for three

Water Cottages
These Cottages are individually built on stilts which are connected by a boardwalk. Each cottage has a total area of 53 sqm. WC 101 – 108 are located on the South Wing providing easy access to the arrival area and to the resort’s clubhouse. WC 109 – 118 are situated at the North Wing ideal for guests requiring more privacy as foot traffic in this side is light. WC 101 – 103 and 109 to 111 has Double beds each. All others have Twin Beds.

Beachfront Cottages
These Cottages are located at the waterfront offering one with the best view of the cove and of the El Nido sunset. Each cottage has a total area of 53 sqm. All blocks are built with duplex rooms, except for BC 124, which is the only cottage detached. Lagen’s Beachfront Cottages are ideal for families as they provide convenient access to the swimming pool and the clubhouse. BF 120, 122, 124, 126, 128 houses Double beds each.

Forest Rooms
These Cottages are located where Lagen’s forest starts. These are clusters of rooms built adjacent to each other. The 2 complexes offer upper and lower accommodations. FR 201-211 are in the complex nearest the clubhouse. FR 301-311 are in the complex nearest the arrival area. All Forest Rooms have a total area of 52sqm. FR 201 – 202 are built with ramps ideal for guests on wheelchairs. Both rooms have wider shower areas for guest’s easier movement. FR 202,205,302 and 305 have Double beds. All others have Twin Beds.

Forest Suites
These Cottages are the most luxurious rooms at El Nido Resorts. Apart from the standard Lagen room amenities, the suites are equipped with TVs and DVD Players for movie viewing, in room safe, a lounge, and a bathtub. All suites have a total area of 70 sqm and each has a Queen bed.
